21-year Health Care Specialist Joins Premier as Fort Sanders Regional Office Manager

Steven R. Cruze, a retired Master Sergeant who served the U.S. Army for 21 years as a health care specialist, recently joined Premier Surgical Associates at Fort Sanders Regional as office manager.
"During his military service, Steve received numerous promotions and awards in recognition of his outstanding performance," said Kevin Burris, CEO of Premier Surgical Associates. "He is a consummate professional with a solid background in health care. We are fortunate to have him on our team."
As office manager, Cruze develops and implements all policies and procedures for patient administration and patient care at Premier's Fort Sanders Regional office. He also manages daily operations and is responsible for directing, supervising and coordinating staff and activities to provide quality, cost-effective health care for patients.
Prior to joining Premier Surgical Associates, Cruze served as operations manager of the managed care division at Guthrie Army Health Clinic in Fort Drum, N.Y.
Cruze earned his Associates of Arts degree in general studies from Maryland University College in 2006. He anticipates a 2012 completion of his Bachelor of Science degree in health sciences from Trident University International in California.
Cruze resides in Powell with his wife, Laurie, and two children.
